Air Max IV (commonly known as Air Max BW or Air Max Classic) 1991
The Nike Air Max Classic BW was initially released in 1991 and immediately turned into a favorite sneaker for hardcore joggers and marathoners due to the presence of the Air Max unit in the heel which gives added support and comfort. Now, 18 years later, the Air Max BW is still a favorite with sneakerheads worldwide and is still being produced in many colorways. The newest sample colorway we are getting a first look at is the black, white, and purple pair seen above. Featuring a black leather and nylon base accented by a silver/white midsole, white swoosh, purple laces, and a safari print tongue, this pair hosts a broad variety of materials and colors.
